Who Should Use REMA

WARNING to Real Estate Investors!

Do NOT use REMA if:

  • You love spending hours and hours creating (and recreating) financial reports to track your properties;
  • Your investors and/or banker finds it QUAINT that you show up with your property records in a shoe box;
  • You measure your success in the height of your paper piles;
  • You’re time is worth more hunting through files than it is out networking with bankers, investors, realtors, etc.
  • You enjoy the challenge of editing Excel formulas in order to test alternate financing scenarios;
  • You don’t want to appear too polished and sophisticated to your potential JV partners, AND
  • You just like life to be a challenge!
